After attempting to call Customer service several times, I finally got the automated system. I enter the information that was asked for and was immediately hung up on. Call back for a fiurth time, repeat the same steps and have no option to speak with a human after repeatedly asking for a representative. 30 minutes later after arguing with the recording, I finally get a representative that isn't as useful as the recording. I was attempting to check the status of a refund. Of course, there's nothing showing up on Amex even though it had already been processed through PayPal. I have never had any problems with my card until now. I have to believe trained monkeys could have handled this better

Worst company EVER!!! They shut my card down on New Years Eve because of thief. But every time I would call to get my $ out. They hang up in my face, or transfer me to someone who is not helpful. This is the unacceptable coming from a company like this. And the fact that you are keeping my money safe from the thieves and me also. I tell everyone who will listen not to use American Express ever!!!!!!

Sent a image of a check and getting a message of errors ...after 10 calls an lack of recognition ...which the operator can see the first number is a 0.....I was told to retry after an hour of trying customer support. Very frustrating and wlll not use again.....

Received email about insufficient funds. I placed $16 in Isis before you bought it and called it Wallet. I sent email asking for my money back but instead was called and asked how I liked customer service. When I called I could not get passed auto attendend because I don't even know my card number. You do not have any way to get to live customer service other than mail a letter. Seriously?
I have never used the card please help me clear this boondoggle.

Serve sucks request a replacement card and I was told it will take 7 to 10 business days it's been almost 15 days and I'm still waiting won't recommend it to anyone

I was trying to get my husband to sign up how do I call and get a human being on the phone because last time I tried to sign up for him they ask for proof that he lives there I was just like how you and be on the phone and help signing my husband up for the cards thank you very much you can email me back at [email protected]

Can't get card in mail because only mail service is Po Box 2805 crestline ca 92325. No other mail service available. How can I get my card?
