I have called 4 times and was cut off each time after getting to the point where I was waiting for a representative. Yikes!! not good!! I need to stop a transaction!

Having had this account since 1990 I have just lost faith in continuing with it. The reason is about a week or more I requested a new card (due to damage of present cad) and have yet received a new one! I just called (in o Phillipines, which I find unexceptable and ridiculous ) was told it was mailed on Sept. 28 and should receive it 6 days UNACCEPTLE to wait this long for a replacement. Shame on this company. Probably will cancelled soon after receiving it, if I do ever received it!

miss charge on 8/20 Geeks on line 24.95 I sp0ke with them and was told they would cancel charge. please advise so I cam pay corrected balance

After spending two days and several hours each day - only to activate my AT&T Universal Card
NO Success! The process is horrible - the servers do not speak English well enough to be
understood. After many frustrating and aggravating moments, I have given up! I have decided
to cut up the card and could not even close the account without more headaches! It is not worth continues effort! Robert A. Young
